Last month, I received the honor of a promotion to a Senior Executive Consultant role. I'm not big on fancy titles, but I am big on passing along opporunity to others. Over the last decade (trying not to reveal my age here), I have learned that helping others reach their goals will naturally help you reach your own goals. Zig Ziglar says it much better than I do: “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” Thank you to the colleagues, team members, friends, and family who helped us reach this accomplishment.  -Adam Dorfman
