Have you heard the exciting news? Leon Butts has been promoted to Management! To say that we are proud of his most recent achievement would be an understatement. However, although we are thrilled for him, we know that this is only the beginning. As Leon and his team expand into a new market, their ability to thrive professionally and positively impact others grows tenfold. Leon, watching you prepare your incorporation papers was a moment that we will never forget. Savanah is seizing her future one step at a time! As our Human Resources Recruiter, Savanah has surpassed her own limits and continues to impress us with her ambition and self-determination. After a fantastic year of crushing our goals, the DMC Atlanta team headed to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a relaxing long weekend. Last month, I received the honor of a promotion to a Senior Executive Consultant role. I'm not big on fancy titles, but I am big on passing along opporunity to others. Over the last decade (trying not to reveal my age here), I have learned that helping others reach their goals will naturally help you reach your own goals. Zig Ziglar says it much better than I do: “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.” Thank you to the colleagues, team members, friends, and family who helped us reach this accomplishment.  -Adam Dorfman
